Inspired by the powerful sorceress Circe in Greek mythology, our name reflects her dual nature - a formidable force and a source of healing. This aligns with our mission of reclaiming control over one's body, challenging the status quo, and paving the way to a more equitable and compassionate world.
A shared journey.
Driven by a shared passion for women's health, my husband and I founded Circe to improve women's access to healthcare. Personal experiences with menstrual pain and prejudice motivated our action. We envisioned a future where women have control over their well-being, breaking free from societal taboos.
Our social commitment.
Our mission is to transform women's healthcare. As a business, we achieve this by sourcing and distributing affordable healthcare solutions for women.
However, we also know that we cannot do this alone. We pledge to donate 1% of our sales to our charity partner, Pe Stop Association, who fight against menstrual poverty affecting 1 million girls and vulnerable women in Romania. They distribute free packs of menstrual hygiene products, organize courses about the body and advocate for the law to facilitate access to these basic products for vulnerable people.
